USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for FY25 Service Agreement for Base Kodiak Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System. Contractor will provide the technical assistance to repair, modify, and adjust the DDC Systems and Software Programming Package in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The period of performance is from 1 Apr 25 - 31 Mar 26, with four 1-year option periods. If all option periods are exercised, this period of performance will expire 31 Mar 2030.
FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is best value, inclusive of options. Technical experience is more important than price. To be found technically acceptable, the contractor shall provide documentation reflecting contract technicians have the required certifications referenced in the Statement of Work, in addition to having experience with working on Honeywell DDC systems, including any experience working on USCG installations.
