This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

USCG Air Station, Kodiak, AK, has a requirement for installation, operation, and maintenance of two (2) self-contained weather stations on Nymans Peninsula at Coast Guard Base Kodiak. The Statement of Work is attached. The weather stations must be installed within 30 days after award. The period of performance for the operation and maintenance will be from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026, with 4 one-year option periods. If all option periods are exercised, the completion period will be June 30, 2030.
Base Kodiak is seeking a firm-fixed price quote using the following CLIN structure:

CLIN 0002 One Year Operation and Maintenance Services (POP: 7/1/25 - 6/30/26)
CLIN 0003 (OPTION) One Year Operation and Maintenance Services (POP: 7/1/26 - 6/30/27)

CLIN 0005 (OPTION) One Year Operation and Maintenance Services (POP: 7/1/28 - 6/30/29)
