The United States Coast Guard requires services to perform testing, analysis, and data review of new and used oil and coolant samples provided by the Government. Services shall be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government anticipates awarding one Requirements contract, with fixed price delivery orders, for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods because of this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Proposals must be received no later than the due date established in this notice. Proposals received after the established due date shall be considered late and eliminated from consideration.
