Description
The purpose of this solicitation modifcation is to provide updates to the requirement's period of performance, small business set-aside, and extend the due date for quotes.
The period of performance for this requirement is changed from July 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026 (previous error 2025), to September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026.
The small business set-aside has been dissolved. This requirement is being competed via full and open competition.
Quotes are due July 24, 2025, at 1 pm, Alaska time.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 37360PR250000016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective: 01/17/2025.

US COAST GUARD (USCG) SECTOR SOUTHEAST ALASKA has a requirement for Health Club Memberships to USCG personnel in the Juneau, Alaska, area, in accordance with the attached statement of work dated June 2025. The period of performance is from July 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025.
Pricing shall be quoted as follows:
CLIN 0001 Monthly membership cost/per member
CLIN 0002 Monthly pool pass/per member (distributed by USCG)
