The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for a provider to manage roughly 6 Trash and Recycling accounts for ashore units in accordance with the attached scope of work. The units are dispersed throughout South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
The Coast Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this effort. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Price: Proposals must only show the administrative monthly cost to manage the accounts irrespective of the individual monthly fee of each account currently being paid.

The Government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the Government with the best value.
