Description of Services: Installation of updated Gas Generator, removal and disposal of current generator. Expanded details listed below.
Contractor shall provide labor, material, and supervision to perform a replacement of a site stand-by generator as described herein. Contractor shall perform all construction work and remove all associated waste IAW local, state, and federal regulations.a) Furnish and install three phase, 80kw, 120/208V, 300 Amp GENERAC or approved equal natural gas generator compatible with the installed breaker panels.b) Furnish/modify and install pad and anchors for new generator.c) Replace all natural hoses between the main gas line supply/return valves and the generator with rigid piping except where flexible hose may be required on the generator gas system supply & return connections.d) Furnish and install all necessary cabling between generator, load bank, and transfer switch.e) Ensure proper operation of the transfer switch and installed load bank, run test for 3 hours.f) Remove existing Generator and properly dispose.
