This has led to moisture intrusion around the windows, contributing to potential interior damage, energy inefficiency, and further degradation of surrounding materials.
Preliminary inspections indicate that the brickwork in this area requires targeted intervention, including selective brick replacement, re-sealing of joints, and comprehensive tuckpointing to restore structural integrity and improve the building-s resistance to environmental elements.
