Statement of Work for brake actuator replacement on CGC Hamilton.

Background. Hamilton-s centerline winch brake actuator is non-operational. The item was removed from Stone to fulfill CPE# 512 with Hamilton. This requirement is for a replacement centerline winch brake actuator to restore functionality of the small boat recovery system.

Scope. Provide actuator, PN: A2-411-0002, and shipping to cutter-s home port.
Objective. The objective of this requirement is to return the ship-s centerline winch brake actuator to normal operating condition.
