TECHNICAL SERVICES TO CLEAN AND INSPECT PORT AND STARBORD SHAFT SEALS

Background. JAMES has found both Port and Starboard shaft seal leaking past the acceptable limit. The OEM (Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS)) needs to inspect the face and internal parameters to acceptable limits.

Scope. DMS certified Tech Rep to repair the port and starboard shaft seal Providing technical expertise to open and inspect the seals Provide a technical expertise clean and polish the face of the seal. Provide a Trip report once completed.
GFE: NA Tasks. The contractor shall provide technical expertise for the repair of the shaft seals to normal operation.
Delivery. The contractor shall provide a final report within 3 days of the contract period of performance.
