USCGC MORRO BAY DIRTY OIL OFFLOAD
Scope of Work
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform as defined in this Scope of Work, the contractor must perform to the standards in this contract.
Work Statement
Date of work: Any day 02 December 2025 to 05 December 2025 at 0830. 03 December 2025 preferred.
Estimated on site time: Not to exceed 5 hours.
Certifications needed: Contractor shall provide a vacuum truck, hoses and operators that are certified to transfer oils over the water.
Scope of Services
Contractor provides 200 feet of suction hose and a vacuum truck to offload via vacuum approximately 2,000 gallons of used engine oil, fuel and bilge water. Please note that these fluids are mixed. The contractor will also be expected to dispose of these fluids IAW all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
