SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION1.1 Scope of WorkEngine Training Service is to provide advanced hands-on ALCO Engine overhaul training for Six (6), POLAR STAR Support crewmembers 18-29 August 2025. offering advanced hands-on training by qualified factory instructors at the Fairbanks Morse Engine Factory, in Beloit, WI.
