Statement of Work USCGC SEQUOIA (WLB 215)
Provide Single Phase Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)

Purpose and Scope Vendor shall provide the required UPS that meet MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL- STD-1399, MIL-STD-167, to CGC SEQUOIA
Deliverables Vendor shall provide the following to include expedited shipping. One UPS cabinet 45.17”H x 43.23” D x 23.87” wide with all items mounted. Model NEDM-C-20/10X-240-120-XXXHS. One UPS Internal Assembly, Model NEDM20/10X-120-13575 Two 5 kW Power Modules NEPD5KX-120-13576 One 8kVA input isolation transformer TR8K60-240:120 Includes two pairs of chassis slides for the battery drawers (Code CS)
Required Delivery Date Delivery of the UPS to CGC SEQUOIA is required within 5 weeks of receipt of award contract.

Roles and Responsibilities Vendor shall provide the required UPS that meets MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL- STD-1399, MIL-STD-167, to CGC SEQUOIA at above location. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Failure for contractor to be registered in (SAM) shall result in Contracting Officer to proceed with next successful registered offeror. Website: www.sam.gov
