SCOPE OF WORK FOR USCGC SMILAX

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Provide materials as required to replace Facing Winches onboard Barge, as per the Scope of Work in section 3 at USCGC SMILAX (WLIC-315): 2301 E. FORT MACON RD. ATLANTIC BEACH NC, 28512.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:The Offeror shall:
3.1: Provide the correct Facing Winch units to CGC SMILAX.
Unit 1- PART ID: 5097-G-L, PART DISCRIPTION: WWP65M-14-G-L
Unit 2- PART ID: 5097-G-R, PART DISCRIPTION: WWP65M-14-G-R
SITE VISIT: All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with MKC Brian Lewis (609) 805-2022.
4. DESIGNATED CONTRACTING OFFICER-S QA EVALUATOR (QAE) REPRESENTATIVE: The designated contracting officer-s QAE representative and Point of Contact for this project is MKC Brian Lewis (609) 805-2022. Inquiries concerning any phase of the specification before or after award shall be made to the QAE.
