Statement of Work Oily Waste Offload Vessel: USCGC WAESCHE-751
Delivery Location: 1 Eagle Road Alameda, CA - Coast Guard Island Delivery Date: 01APR2025-14APR2025
Delivery Method: Ex. Truck Only Connection: 2" male camlock fitting - 150 ft of hose will be needed for Oily Waste Offload
1. Prepare and submit Over Water Transfer (OWT) notifications.
2. Mobilize personnel and equipment to the site
3. Coordinate with the designated USCG representative for safety and pre-operational coordination
4. Set up transfer equipment for over the water services.
5. Collect approximately 5,000 gallons of bilge waste.
6. Coordinate disposal of the bilge waste as a CA 223 water with used oil to a CA certified disposal facility.
7. Provide DOT shipping documents to an authorized representative of the Generator for signature and approval. - Documents:
