This service is to provide emergency repairs related to plumbing, septic tank inspections/ excavation replacement ofwater distribution lines, and valve removals/repairs in various developed recreation sites and administration buildings onthe Tonto Basin Ranger District, Tonto National Forest. PLEASE READ THE STATEMENT OF WORK THOROUGHLY
-This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract between the United States Forest Service and the prospective vendor.
-Vendors will have an active System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov account at the time of award and provide the sam.gov Unique Identity Identifier (UEI) in their responses.
-Payment is only made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at: https://www.ipp.for.fiscal.treasury.gov
-Each offer must show a pricing breakdown showing the cost of each element, provide a description showing how the services/supplies meet or exceeds all parts of the Statement of Work (SOW).
-Vendors responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR 52.212-1. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluations are (1) Technical Specifications and (2) Price and must also have satisfactory past performance.
The basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
-This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current version of the FAR and other applicable laws.
