Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated § 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier To Provide Electronic Health Records (ehr) And/or Medical Revenue Cycle Management Services (rcm) Services To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia (usg) (the ¿state Entity¿), As Further Described In This Erfp. This Procurement Will Result In The Establishment Of An Enabling Contract Available For Use By All Usg Institutions. The Resulting Contract Will Have An Initial Term Of One (1) Year, With Up To Four (4) Optional Renewals, Poteintally Up To Nine (9) Optional Renewals If Continued Value And Performance Demonstrate That A Longer-term Agreement Is In The Best Interest Of The Usg, And Approved By Doas. The University System Of Georgia Invites Qualified Suppliers To Submit Proposals For One Or Both Of The Following Service Areas: Electronic Health Records (ehr) Medical Revenue Cycle Management Services (rcm) As An Enabling Contract, Additional Usg Institutions May Elect To Participate In The Contract Throughout Its Term.
