Questions are due Wednesday, 17 April 2025 at 09:00 Central Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (rental of supplies) for Base Life Support such as Tents, Beds, and Maintenance Tent. This is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor mobilization will occur within 48-hours after contract award. Lease or Rental for Tents, Beds, Generators. Quantity (QTY): 24 Sleeping Tents or Shelter Solutions with raised flooring that can be assembled on 17?x34? concrete pads, QTY (500) Bed Space, QTY (1) Maintenance Tent with entrance capable of accommodating vehicles up to 14? in height and 10? in width driving in and out of the tent and interior capable of accommodating up to two (2) vehicles that are up to 14? in height, 10? width, and 36? length with a minimum of 10? of working space on all sides of the vehicles and a minimum of 10? in between vehicles. General Requirements: On-site support must include a mechanic, Fully set-up and operational NLT 06 May 2025, Tents, beds, generators will remain on site until 02 SEP 2025, General customer support available 24/7 by phone to respond to any issues with equipment, Mechanical issues must be resolved within 24 hours of report to previously mentioned point of contact.
