NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD LIMITED SOURCE
Project Title: USMC - Okinawa Japan Golan 45
General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a limited source firm-fixed price contract for the Golan 45 and Accessories for the MCB Camp Butler, #445 Okinawa, Armed Forces Pacific, Japan 96365 on behalf of the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only this source Mistral Security Inc. (7910 Woodmont AVE STE 820 Bethesda, MD 20814-3063) under the authority of DFARS 206.302-4, FAR 13.106-1, and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only these sources will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the Golan 45 and Accessories requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by July 9, 2025, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
