The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners,Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue a solicitation 15B41425Q00000005for the requirements of Quarterly Subsistence/Spices/Kosher/Meat. Thecontractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in thesolicitation. Estimated delivery date will be on or about, October 15, 2025(see Delivery Schedule and Delivery Information Clauses). Deliveries willbe made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 WestSunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. The Government reservesthe right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. TheNAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. The solicitation is restricted to100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract.The Government will award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer,conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous tothe Government based on price related factors and past performance perFAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
