The General Services Administration, Region 8, is initiating a project to renovate/remodel 8,557 rentable square feet of existing U.S. Marshals Service space at the Pierre Federal Building/Courthouse/Post Office located in Pierre, SD. The U.S. Marshals are in need of additional space due to increased staffing at this location. The office space with associated holding cells on the fourth floor is outdated and no longer meets the requirements specified in the USMS Publication 64. The space on the second floor will add an additional office, a single isolation holding cell and a conference room. There is also a need for a new command and control center to be located on the first floor behind the current Courtroom Security Officers (CSO) desk. - Documents:
