This item describes the requirements for design, build, installation, and testing of a commercial grade Integrated Bridge System (IBS) including associated upgrades and rearrangement of the Wheelhouse and related spaces. The Base Period of this contract is to be initially awarded for the design with two additional contract options, each to be exercised with subsequent funding. Option 1 will be to perform equipment procurement/fabrication and testing of major system components associated with the design of the initial contract. Option 2 will be for installation of the Integrated Bridge System. System design, fabrication, and installation shall meet applicable American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), US Coast Guard (USCG), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) requirements.
