Satellite Television Services - At the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), United States Penitentiary Canaan in Waymart, Pennsylvania located at 3057 Eric J. Williams Memorial Drive, Waymart PA 18472
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B21525Q00000016 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Solicitation is for the furnishing all equipment, software, materials, labor, services (including television subscription service(s)), supervision, tools, apparatus, conveyance, permitting (if applicable), technical support, transportation and incidental expenses, unless specified otherwise in the statement of work (SOW), necessary to complete the project that provides for the incarcerated population at USP Canaan during the contract period. See the SOW attachment included with the solicitation posting for the complete requirements of the work.
The contract period shall be a Base Year Period of (1) year with the Governments option to extend the contract for four (4) 12-month option periods. The subscription service shall be as followed:
Base Year 11/01/2025 - 010/31/2026
Option Year 1 11/01/2026 - 10/31/2027
Option Year 2 11/01/2027 - 10/31/2028
Option Year 3 11/01/2028 - 10/31/2029
Option Year 4 11/01/2029 - 10/31/2030
Option to Extend Six (6) Months 11/01/2030 to 5/31/2031
