The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project titled Cooling Towers Replacement at the United States Penitentiary (USP) located in Pennington Gap, VA.
USP Lee is a federal correctional facility located at Hickory Flats Road, Pennington Gap, VA 24277. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope:

The contractor will provide labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the project. The work includes, but is not limited to the following:
