This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice with the overal objective of conducting market research in support of preliminary planning for the procurement of passenger ferry boats and supporting dockside infrastructure. The Navy is interested in understanding the latest advancements and more traditional, mature technology solutions that can meet our future operational needs. These ferries will serve as a replacement for the current diesel-powered passenger ferries that transport visitors to and from the USS Arizona Memorial, located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. While this RFI does not request specific proposals or detailed submissions, interested parties are welcome to respond to express their interest and provide any relevant insights or information they wish to share.
