Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation amendment N00024-25-R-4408 A0003 for the execution of the USS KANSAS CITY (LCS 22) and USS STOCKDALE (DDG 106), planned for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA). The USS KANSAS CITY (LCS 22) will compete on a coast-wide basis, without limiting the place of performance to the vessels homeport. The Government will be limiting competition of the USS STOCKDALE (DDG 106) to offerors capable of performing the availability in the San Diego homeport area. The Government anticipates the award of two (2) separate Firm-Fixed-Price contracts in January 2026, each to complete one of the following Chief of Naval Operations (CNO)-scheduled depot availabilities planned for fiscal year 2026.This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include all relevant attachments. Potential offerors will need to request access to the attachments by providing a written request to the Contract Specialist, Jacob Juros, at jacob.a.juros.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer, Brian Romano, at brian.c.romano.civ@us.navy.mil. Include your company SAM UEI number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management. These attachments will be transmitted via DoD SAFE. To receive access to Attachment J-2 (Work Item Plans, Drawings and Other References), provide a written request to Brian Romano, at brian.c.romano.civ@us.navy.mil, with a copy to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer listed above.
