Description
Firms who do not possess an active MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel-s availability dates. Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).
The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of Three (3) Task GroupInstructions (TGIs) as outlined in the provided drawings and specification, and asattached in Section J ATTACHMENT (I). The contractor will be responsible forship repair work to include providing the necessary management, scheduling,testing, quality assurance, technical documentations to support the USS SHOUP(DDG 86) 5J1 Bundle 2, Surface Incremental Availability (SIA).The contractor is required to submit an itemized breakdown of the price for eachitem on the form provided in Section J ATTACHMENT (II). Failure to submit thisdocumentation properly completed by the specified closing date may causerejection of the offer.YEN AMOUNT:Note - The U.S. Dollar amounts shown are for the Government administrativepurposes only.
