The work shall consist of supplying, delivering, and installing an accessible precast concrete Granite Peak (10 x 18), or approved equivalent, utility building at Monument Fire Center in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). All pad prep such as excavation and backfill shall be completed by the government. Buildings are to be shipped assembled or assembled on-site by the contractor. Building assembly shall not be the responsibility of the government.
