Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This ID number D-25-FS-0135 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will be solicited under NAICS Code 336112 - Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Utility Trailers for EPIC . Please see the instructions to offeror and the product description/specifications attached for more details regarding this requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All offerors shall submit a completequotation which will be evaluated based on the criteria listed in offeror-s instruction section. In accordance with FAR Part 13.302- Purchase Orders the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Best Value to the government. Any questions must be submitted in writing via email to Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov no later than 7/16/2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted or considered.
Final quotes must be submitted via email by 7/23/2025 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing and responses to evaluation factors. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
