Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Uwg Charter Bus Services To The University Of West Georgia (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. The University Of West Georgia (uwg) Is Soliciting For Experienced And Qualified Charter Bus Services That Have A Fleet Capable Of Accommodating The Needs Of The University. The Fleet Must Include 55/56 Passenger Buses And May Also Include Pricing For 54 Passenger Buses, And Smaller. Charter Service Is For Travel Originating In Carrollton, Ga And Outside Of Carrollton, Ga As Requested By Any Uwg Department. The Majority Of Uwg Charter Bus Travel Will Be In The Southeast Region Of The United States, And Will Be For Uwg Athletics. Amenities Shall Include But Are Not Limited To Wi-fi, Tv Screen, Dvd Players, Satellite Tv, Power Outlets At Least Every Other Row For Laptops, And Restrooms.
