This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for solicitation identified as Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C10B25Q0195, for the acquisition of one (1) brand name Brillians (SupraVISTA) software license, technical support and end user training. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.This solicitation is issued on another than full and open competition basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended source is SupraVISTA Medical DSS LLC., as they are the owner of the license and support required. Brillians is the only source capable of providing the required proprietary source code.The proposed action is on a firm-fixed-price basis and the period of performance shall be one (1) 12-month base period from date of award, and two (2) 12-month option periods, if exercised.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 513210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $47 Million.
