Only responses that conform to the instructions in the attached "VetPro RFI" document will be considered. Marketing materials and/or generic capability statements will not be accepted or reviewed.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only NOT a Solicitation for Offers (SFO). Responses are intended for determining acquisition strategy only. Responses are evaluated for capability only with the intent of using the results of this RFI to determine set-aside procedures for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned-Small Business (SDVOSB) sources. No feedback will be provided as to whether or not your response is considered to be capable.
If two or more SDVOSBs are determined to be capable, this requirement will be solicited in accordance with VAAR 852.219-73 (NOV 2022) (DEVIATION) VA Notice of Total Set-Aside for Verified SDVOSBs and 13 CFR §121 and 125. In addition, the intent is to solicit under an existing contract vehicle, e.g., General Services Administration - Information Technology Multiple Award Schedule Category 54151S.
A response to this RFI is NOT required for eligibility status for the upcoming SFO. RFI response capability is NOT considered during technical evaluation of responses to SFO. The government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. - Documents:
