NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEIn accordance with FAR 13.501(a), Network Contracting Office 9 hereby provides notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to TrillaMed, LLC. The basis for a sole source award is that the TEMPTRAK(r) system is solely distributed and serviced by TrillaMed, LLC. TEMPTRAK(r) is currently installed at all VA Lexington Health Care System campuses and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).The anticipated statutory authority for limiting competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(2); only one source is capable of providing supplies required at the level of quality required because the supplies are unique or highly specialized. The NAICS code is 811210 with a size standard of $34.0 Million.This Notice of Intent is not a solicitation nor is it a request for competitive quotes. However, any capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any prospective vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.Capability statements shall be submitted by email to Nicole McVey at Elyse.McVey@va.gov, and are due no later than May 16, 2025 at 10:00AM CT.
