VA is seeking to increase the current IDIQ ceiling and consider on-ramp of any new contractors that can meet VA-s requirements.

This presolicitation notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. In addition, the Department of Veterans Affairs is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
