- The VHA Network Contracting Office 21, on behalf of VA San Francisco Health Care System, is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide the following to determine source availability, capability and adequacy:
Service - This plan covers recommended preventative maintenance (see above), all labor, all travel, expenses, and all parts, for an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and telephone support calls around the clock. ON SITE COVERAGE IS 7:00 AM TO 7PM, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Service provided should be the Full-Service Agreement as provided by the vendor.

As permitted by FAR Part 10, this is a market research tool being utilized for informational and planning purposes. Your responses will assist the Government in developing its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Quote (RFQ), to be issued at a future date, and in determining if any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement and if full and open competitive procedures should be utilized. If full and open competition is ultimately utilized, responses to this synopsis will be used to aid in establishing small business subcontracting goals.
