The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida, intends to procure maintenance services for one (1) IPSEN Vacuum Furnace and one (1) GM Vacuum Furnace. The Contractor shall perform maintenance services which include scheduled preventative maintenance and shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals necessary for proper servicing and maintenance of the equipment.

All quotes shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 25 August 2025.
Solicitation closing date/time is firm; quotes received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of quotes meeting or exceeding the requirement. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
