To be considered a responsive and potential source, interested parties shallprovide a capabilities statement containing the following information:1. Business name, address, point of contact, phone number andemail address.2. Business size, type, and SAM Unique Identifier Number3. Affirmation that the vendor is capable of performing inaccordance with the attached Requirements Description.Additionally, contractors can provide feedback on the attachedSOW_Salient Characteristcs, which may be considered if a solicitation isposted.
