QUESTIONS DUE: December 10, 2025 at 4:30 PM (EDT) RESPONSES DUE BY: December 19, 2025 at 4:30 PM (EDT) STATE CONTACT: James Meyers, State Senior Purchasing Agent E-MAIL : BGS.OPCVendorDocs@vermont.gov Revision Date: 03/18/2025 Page | 2 CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BID DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS AND GENERAL SERVICES STATE OF VERMONT Contractors are invited to bid on the Van Everest Fishing Access Area Boat Ramp Improvements Project for Buildings and General Services on behalf of the Agency of Natural Resources - Department of Fish & Wildlife at 143 Fishing Access Road in Milton, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to: This project shall consist of the installation of a geo textile filter curtain within the lake to enclose the work area to be further encapsulated with a structural cofferdam to construct a new steel reinforced dual lane concrete boat ramp with centered dock abutment that will require deepening the existing lakebed to accommodate a steeper ramp pitch and deeper lakeward approach area. The existing ramp will be removed and disposed of off-site and existing shore wall will be modified to accommodate the new boat ramp. A bituminous ramp approach apron and ADA dedicated parking area will also be constructed atop the existing gravel surface.
