Description:
This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The Biomedical Engineering Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA (VA GLA) requires a service contract for comprehensive support of its Linear Accelerator (LINAC) hardware, ARIA and Eclipse software, and Full-scale network system. These systems are integral to the Radiation Oncology treatment programs and are essential for delivering patient care. The need for a service contract arises to ensure the continued optimal performance and reliability of these critical systems, which are essential for providing high-quality radiation oncology treatments to veterans. Regular maintenance and expert support are necessary to prevent any disruptions in patient care and to address any technical issues promptly. The expected performance period is a base year with four option years thereafter.
Solicitation shall be issued on or about December 08, 2025, with proposals due no later than December 29, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 811210 and FSC code: J065 apply to this requirement.
All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
