Description : ADVERTISEMENT FOR EXECUTIVE ARCHITECTThe University of California, Los Angeles, requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select Executive Architect(s) for various Capital Improvement Projects managed by UCLA Facilities Management. UCLA is anticipating the need to design and construct multiple laboratory remodel projects for the College and various professional schools. The projects will be assigned as necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to three years.Under the direction of UCLA Facilities Management, the Executive Architect will assist on an as-needed basis with pre-design, existing building system investigation, programming, space planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration services for the selected renovation and alteration projects. Work for this scope will be located on the UCLA campus.
