This is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a term of ONE (1) year, in accordance with Appendix “B” Argonne National Laboratory Scope of Work

Any resulting Purchase Order will be subject to the Argonne Terms and Conditions attached hereto and made part of hereof and will be exempt from Illinois Occupation and Use Taxes and from Manufacturers and Retailers Excise Taxes.
