This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P4225Q0061 and is issued as a Request for Quotation under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. See the attached document for the provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation, which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025¿04. The FAC is available at http://www.acquisition.gov/FAR. NAICS Code 562991; Septic Tank and Related Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.0.
