DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Devils Postpile National Monument, located in Madera County, California, has a requirement for vault toilet and septic tank pumping. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 (effective June 11, 2025). The solicitation number is 140P8525Q0082 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract.
