THE SOLICITATION IS NOW AMENDED TO EXPLAIN THE SCHEDULE OF ITEMS AND THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AND NOT NOT TOILET PUMPING SERVICES
The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, and transportation to perform the services and ensure that the designated areas present a clean, orderly, and well-kept appearance. The Contractor shall provide everything-including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states will be furnished by the Government.
Bathrooms are located at recreation sites spread throughout the Olympic National Forest and the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (Snoqualmie and Skykomish Ranger Districts). These bathrooms include single riser vault toilet buildings, double riser vault toilet buildings, and multi-stall flush toilet buildings. These building types are delineated in the schedule items and square footage is identified in the General Facility Information. The contract will commence on Contract Award through 30 April 2026. This will be a Requirements Contract with one Base Year and 4 Optional Years.
Work will be order with a Task Order and awardee might visit each site more than once each week. Pricing will be used for each Task Order for the base year and Optional Years.
No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. This is set aside for Small Business. NAICS Code 561720 Janitorial Services
