SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Roof Replacement at the George Washington Carver National Monument in Diamond, MO. Work will consist of Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for roof replacement of 17,668 square feet of laminated asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment on the Visitor Center (VC) Building and breezeway, 2900 square feet of EPDM roofing including the underlying tapered solid insulation and coverboard on the VC building, thirty 30¿x30¿ flexible walkway pads, and 3540 square feet of laminated asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment on the Maintenance shop (MS) building.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425B0010PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This project is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements Statute.North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238160, and the size standard is $19 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for this project.
