The project includes mechanical, electrical, fire-safety, plumbing repairs, and architectural renovations to the Capulin Volcano National Monument Visitor Center and Administration Building.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P1225R0004PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2025 with performance to begin in July/August 2025. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Union County in New Mexico will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and PriceNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238220, and the size standard is $19 million.
