Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research on a Brand Name basis for Rhode & Schwarz, Model ZNB40-N, Vector Network Analyzers. See the attached draft statement of work. Rhode & Schwarz, Model ZNB40-N, Vector Network Analyzers are the only known equipment that meets form, fit, and function for this application.

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualification of Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334515.

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items respond (via email) with a Capability Statement a maximum of 10-pages describing their ability to perform this requirement as a Prime Offeror. The market research will be used to determine the availability of sources to perform this effort.

The Capability Statement shall succinctly address the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
(2) Business size for NAICS Code 334515, to include any Socio-Economic categories.
(3) Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM)/Cost Estimate for market research purposes.
(4) Lead time for market research purposes.
(5) If not the original manufacturer, a letter of authorization for distribution, and country of origin for the item requested.

Note: Small Business concerns may include but are not limited to HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
