- The City of Tampa is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide vegetation removal at various sites in and around the David L. Tippin Water Treatment Facility and the Hillsborough River Dam. The vegetation shall be removed by the most efficient and economic means presented by the Awardee. All necessary paper work needed by the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) shall be the sole responsibility of the Awardee.
