Non-personal services for vehicle barrier maintenance and repairs at Luke AFB, Arizona. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price base year plus four option years Contract (Definitive) with additional contract line item numbers for additional in-scope work, per the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform vehicle barrier maintenance and repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
Proposals will be evaluated on tradeoff criteria, using FAR Part 15. Proposals must include a technical package, and a past performance package. The order of importance for critieria evaluation will be the technical package, followed by past performance, and finally the price.
All questions related to this solicitation are due to the Government POCs by 14 March 2025 by 12:00pm MST.
A site visit will be offered on 20 March 2025 at 1:00pm MST on Luke AFB, contact government POCs by 19 March 2025 - 4:00pm MST, if interested.
