This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

US COAST GUARD (USCG) BASE KODIAK has a requirement for:
Vehicle Maintenance Shop Lift Replacement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Scope of Work includes purchase of materials and installation. Period of performance will be 120 days after award.
Items shall be delivered/performance will occur at USCG BASE KODIAK, BUILDING N1, KODIAK, AK 99619. Quotes must include all costs associated with this requirement, including materials, shipping costs, installation labor, and any travel expenses associated with performing the installation.
FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
