This is a Request for Quote to provide the Rental of 106 vehicles for the 2025 Wings over Wayne (WOW) Airshow at Seymour Johnson AFB IAW the Statement of Work.
UPDATE!!! (18 MAR 2025): Please Review Amendment FA480925Q00160001 for updates - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to reduce the quantities for CLIN 0001 from 92 each to 72 each, an updated Statement of Work has been incorporated as well. The Due Date for Quotes has been extended from 14 March to Thursday, 27 March 2025, 4:30 pm EST. Additionally, Class Deviation 2025-O0004 has been incorporated.
Update 13 Mar 2025 - please review 'Q and A Government Response to Vendors" attachment, all questions have been answered.
Contractor will provide all parts, tools, labor, equipment, personnel, and transportation necessary to provide the lease of Ninety-two (92) Compact and/or Midsize Sedans (Maxima/Charger or Equal
midsize) (Cruz/Versa or Equal
compact), Thirteen (13) Minivans (Chrysler Pacifica or Equal), and One (1) Crew Cab Truck (Ram 1500) or Equal, for the 2025 Wings Over Wayne Airshow. The vehicles must meet the following specifications, and appropriate classifications listed on web address (specified type codes listed in Statement of Work) http://vehiclestd.fas.gsa.gov/CommentCollector/Home, within document catalog for Sedans, Minivans, and Trucks (Federal standards 122BA.6.1.2008).
Please review the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work for specifications.
